Platinum disc for the Queen recording

 The recording of the Lahti Symphony Orchestra and vocal ensemble Rajaton 'Rajaton sings Queen with Lahti Symphony Orchestra' (Plastinka PLACD 059) has reached the limit of 30.000 discs sold in Finland getting a platinum disc. The cd was published in the autumn of 2008 and it got a gold disc in two weeks. The conductor is Jaakko Kuusisto, who has also made the orchestral arrangemens heard in the recording.
 The co-operation between the Lahti Symphony Orchestra and Rajaton will continue with 'The Best of Sinfonia Lahti & Rajaton, Vol. 2' concerts at the Sibelius Hall on 26.–28.8.2010. The tickets are already available.
